All custom and stock pieces have a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Cherokee West Leather Co. will not be held responsible for damages as a result of misuse, neglect as a result in, but not limited to warping/cracking, discoloration in finish, damages resulting from exposure to extreme humidity, dryness or temperatures, wear and tear resulting from normal use such as but not limited to darkening of leather, scratches on leather, broken beads, etc., damages as a result of customization/modification done by other individuals, damages caused by individuals or animals. To ensure item lasts for many years, please follow these simple guidelines:

• Store carefully away from moisture or direct sunlight and in a manner to prevent damage

• Keep away from sharp and heavy objects

• Don’t expose to harsh chemicals, perfumes, etc.

• Refrain from kinking or over bending bead inlays

• Don’t allow toddlers, dogs, or other creatures to chew,

  scratch, consume, etc.

In stock items may be returned in new, unused condition within 10 days. Shipping is at buyer’s expense.

There are no returns or refunds on custom items.

Warranty

All of my leather goods are hand cut, tooled, or stamped, and made from top quality materials to ensure a piece that will last. Quality counts when choosing leather. I choose to use Hermann Oak Leather which has been lauded by leathercrafters since 1881 and is tanned in the USA. I only use Miyuki Delica beads which are superior quality, machine-made, glass Japanese seed beads. They are known for their uniform size and cut consistency standards which make them ideal for loom beading.

Since you are buying a handmade item, there may be variances in color, stitching, etc.

Payment

Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins -this includes all steps in the design process. Price quotes will be honored for 30 days. After 30 days, prices may change. Changing design components (for example adding buckstitch) will change a price quote.

SHIPPING

Cherokee West Leather Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. All items will have standard $50 shipping as provided with USPS priority shipping. Additional shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. If additional insurance is requested, please notify me immediately before invoicing.
